• Ensure all form inputs have associated labels and descriptive error messages.
• Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second to prevent seizure risks.
• Ensure all video content includes captions or transcripts where applicable.
• Design pages to reflow and remain usable at 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.

Conformance Status

This website partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We conduct periodic accessibility audits using automated tools (Lighthouse, axe-core 4.9.1) and manual keyboard testing, and we address identified issues on a rolling basis. Our most recent full-site axe-core scan returned 0 violations across all 30 pages. Known remaining limitations are documented below.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, the following specific areas do not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA:

• Footer background contrast (axe: incomplete): The footer uses a CSS background-image texture overlay that prevents automated tools from computing contrast ratios. We have visually confirmed that all white text on the near-black footer background meets the 4.5:1 minimum ratio. We are working to replace the CSS overlay with a method that automated tools can evaluate.
• Estimate request form (third-party iframe): The embedded scheduling form is served from a third-party provider (GoHighLevel). We cannot inject accessibility testing tools into this iframe. We have reported this limitation to our provider and are working toward a more accessible solution. As an alternative, you may always request service by phone at 305-330-5565 or by email.
• Google Maps embed: The interactive service area map is a Google Maps embed. Keyboard and screen reader support within the map is controlled by Google. Users who cannot access the map may view our full service area list on the Areas We Serve page.
